Cabin on Manitou is winterized. Occasionally we make it available for guests.  The Cabin is heated by a woodstove - but we also have radiant heaters to plug in. There is electric baseboard heating in the lower level and an electric fireplace heater in the lower level bedroom. Within a few hours the place is toasty.

The Hot Tub is not operational during the winter and the lower level bathroom is winterized and not available for use.        Below zero temperatures aren't dependable. 
 
Subject to snow clearing availability.  We do have a snowblower on site. 

However, there's excellent sledding and winter hiking. You can also just snowshoe right out the door.  (limited number of snowshoes - sleds provided.)
 
There is a skating rink in nearby McKellar Village as well as a general store and LCBO.
