George Herman House's History pays homage to the memory of a Canadian Woman who struggled with mental health.

The residence is a home, not an institution or government facility.  Life skills are taught, a sense of family is established. 

Each board member volunteers their time and skill to help promote the House, oversee the management of the house and fundraise.

The House is dedicated to helping the Women feel like they are part of the community, provide a "Sistering" of support and companionship. We help them visualize their own potential.
